Walk

Walking is great.. walking up the hill really makes me puffed out but im sure that as i keep walking... ill lose the weight and be less breathy. ANyhow. I piked on going to the gym and opted out for walking home. Ive been do0ing puzzles in a magazine all afternoon. Keeping my mind active atleast.

Back to the gym tomorrow, had a great weekend. Read the paper...all about kevin ruds win. I think its about time too. I also think that costello is chicken and is abandoning ship at the time that liberal needs a strong leader. Oh well thats my opinion anyhow.

To market to market

Market went well. Sold three pieces.I have to figure out why 2 pieces started to condensate. All that money will be put back in to creating a few more pieces. Dad and I sat there for most of it just chatting. He wAS in his element. I looked at this bag i so wanted it but will have to leave it til next time if its there it was meant to be, i not then oh well *shrugs shoulders* Its harmony day there tomorrow. I may walk there and have a look round, if its not too hot.

I didnt have anything fatty other than one soft drink. Im going to take some books, bags and a few other things next month. My feet are sore from walking about 6kms yesterday. I cant believe i did that like a mad woman in the heat. Remind me to wear bug repellent next time. Also sunscreen. Dad is going to bring books and more records. I am quite tired. Dad is sleeping in his chair as i tap tap away.
I feel like a beer in a beer garden this afternoon. Sort of wish i lived in the city now. *sighs*

I bought this pretty little christmas card that this lady had cut out... its very cute. Anyhow. I might go for a nana nap now.

On the move

Haxd my first gym session last night. Today i have to wal a fair few ks. As I have to take the form to old gippstown then walk down the street. So ill fit my exersize in that way. Im listening to JJJ hottest one hundred from this year gee its a bloody good cd. I have to get everything wrapped up and put in the suitcase for the market firs of all i have to go and and get some bubble wrap etc, tapeskech pad and money exchanged. I will take a book and ask what tim e we have to be there by. I have a sneaky feeling its 7:30am.

My god how uncordinated am I on the gym machines.. itll take me a few goes before i get it down pat. Im not surprised everyone was laughing at me. lol oh well I cant help it. Ive always been a bit unco. I made a banana cake for dad. Went down a treat. I have to clean the house a bit too. So i have a bloody busy day. Im waiting for the washing to finish before i head out. As its bedding and needs to dry before louise and alan get here this evening.

Hve to buy another book to read too. Im going to sell some of my books tomorrow too. I was up at 3:00 am i hink its cause i am anxious about the market.Anyhow... must get choo chooing along,

Walking.

Been walking a lot lately. Getting ready for the market. I bought a heap of shadow bokes yesterday...I have been a slack arse not filling this in for the past few days. Monday I just bought a few more supplies...i went to spotlight yestderday.. got a heap more items i can use.
Wlaked home up the dreaded hill slowly in 36 degree heat. I wont be doing that again any time soon. Today Im just staying at home working on my art work and cooking a cake for dad to take to mr redman tomorrow. Banana cake since we have over ripe bananas here.
I joined a circut gym last night.. starting from thursday gonna go onc every second day i think. U cant go twice in a day though I think im going to like it very much. Atleast its on a month to month basis and not locked into a contract.
well i should go and get some work done.. write more in a bitty

Heat

Sheesh talk about warm days ahead. Tomorrow its gonna be 33... im heading out early. Going to go to spotlight to grab some beads and look at their picture frames... and look at some of the other shops and opshops that are there.

Today was another nothing day. Did little went andhad a coffee.. been reading the paper. Found a nick cave exhibition that is on. Will go to it. I have made a list of all the things i need to do for the market stall. First up is get a form so I can jolly well apply to be a holder there with dad.


Lately I have enetered all these competitions but have won absolutely nothing. Oh well just means i'll keep going. U never know when your luck might turn round. It has to sometime or another. I have started to impliment change, positive change. For the better (i think).

I think imay sell some of my books and perhaps start my collection again. Im not sure. We had bruchetta for dinner tonight. That was just lovely. Have decided to get my hair cut (in a few weeks) and have the red strips trough it again. Perhaps about 7inches off. Im not sure yet.

I am going to make the blueberry sour cream cake for mr redman. I am glad dad has taken up writing his poems and his life story. He will do a great job. I always tell him "juist a page a day".

Heat wave

Th past few days have been scorchers. Tomorrow will be no different with a whopping 37 on tuesday... the scary thing is its not yet even summer. I can only imagine 40 degree days. *sighs*

Today went and just did grocery shopping and thats about it. Came home and just watched die hard 4.0 i must say szome of the one liners in it were great. I havent walked today nor yesterday.. i ought to tomorrow... mayb to maccas for a latte or somehing like that. Leave here at 8am.

I have got to get my shit together in the next few days. I need more frames, more beads and perhaps a trip to spotlight is the order of the day. I haved been drawing today... i think to the market next week I am going to take my book and my roll up pencils that i love (scott they are the ones u got me) and a whole new sketch pad. I did this lovely abstract today... green and blue. SOrt of like a city with windmills around it.

I better get going there is a pillow and a bottle of dream awaiting me.
