At the moment I have a coffee cake in the oven, Im not sure how it will turn out.. as i got a slap bang recipe off zaar . It just basically said to throw everything together.. and bung it in the oven so thats all i did. The mixture looks glossy.. and tastes yum. I may make frangelico icing for it though. As that would be nice. Or perhaps coffee icing. It needs something or else its just like a chocolate cake.i have a feeling there is alot of sugar.. i should have put alot less in. Oh well. I will try it for afternoon tea with raspberry tea.
Well I ought to do some work today.
