Its a lazy sunday afternoon. I just had a bowl of pasta for lunch with very very olivy sauce... i love it.. Had a coffee out.. then did the grocery shopping.. in record speed. Wizzed around the supermarket with the trolley , ive never seen mum go so fast.
We just got all the stuff off the list... im going to make soup tomorrow night for tea..white bean and cabbage. From Dr Gillian McKieth's book. Then the next day im going to make falafel burgers from chickpeas.
What else? We are having a roast tonight... im looking forward to mums roast potatoes. I bought some plums, watermelon and mangoes... all the summer fruits that i like.
