The pasta sauce is so delicious... you dont need to have a meat based pasta at all. We had gluten free penne... which is a bit of a laugh when you consider the sauce has flour in it... and cream.. so a moment on the lips and a life time on the hips!
Oh well. I have been walking anyhow, so at least Im moving myself round, a bit. I means only a 15/20 minute walk from here. Not enough of course. The house is so toasty at night it doesn't help to stay awake. Its only 6 and i am beat.
I will read some more. Make a few phone calls. Etc. I slept in til 10 this morning which is unusual. Im usually up at 7ish. Such a morning person.
Anyhow.. better move on.
