Morning tea at mackers on sunday has become a bit of a ritual.. even if it is just 4 of us sitting there sipping lattes until the cows come home and readng bits and pieces of the paper. Aunty Anna joins us... so did bradley and uncle henry. Really nice to sit down and just chat.
Anyhow it was annoucned today that my sisters wedding will be on the 18th of october... so i have to get serious about losing weight... i want to be a size 18 by then... that is do able, me thinks. me knows. it is. Im back into some of my size 22 clothes. Im holding out... i get weighed this week.
So hit the gym tomorrow going to see if i can go 4 days a week now.. and try to walk everywhere. Anyhow.. time for me to hit the hay...
