Cauliflower Soup

2 Table spoons of oil
2 small onions
2 bacon rashers
3-4 small potatoes
1 small cauliflower
1 pint vegie stock
1/2 pint milk

Instructions.
1. Dice onion and fry for a couple of minutes. Cook the bacon a bit too.
2. Add potatoes, cauliflower
3 Add stock and bring to the boil, cover and simmer for fifteen minutes.
4puree soup with a blender (i used the hand blender mush thing)
return and add milk bring to the boil

serve with some mustard and cheese toasties
its a nice accompaniment.

Note: I made double quantity but not double the bacon or else it would have been too salty. I put a bit less milk than what the recipe said. Its a beautiful soup and nice on a cold winters night.
